Minimum Requirements:

• College degree is required
• 5+ Years of relevant industry experience
• Willingness to travel - mostly regional (80%)
• Strong demonstrated consulting skills and customer focus
• Proven experience with e-commerce and web integration principles, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), middleware, or other integration experience at the enterprise level
• Experience developing Web Services and an understanding of Service-oriented Architecture (SOA)
  

Required Technical Skills:

• Recent and proven webMethods experience
• Integration Server 6.5, Broker 6.5, webMethods Adapters
• webMethods flow services development
• Java services development
• webMethods architecture design
• webMethods installation and environment set-up
• Java/C++/object oriented programming and Distributed computing
• XML exposure, development using XML
• RDBMS (any of Oracle, Informix, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase)
• Unix or NT experience

Required Expertise in three or more of the following areas:

• EAI, middleware, or other integration experience at the enterprise level
• Experience with Java, system design, Rosetta net, EDI and Application to application integration
• CRM (Siebel, Clarify, Vantive, other)
• ERP (PeopleSoft, SAP, Baan, Oracle Applications, JDE)
• Telecommunications, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Chemicals, Automotive
• E-Commerce (Broadvision, ATG, B2B or other)
• MRO Procurement, Supply chain, or logistics business process reengineering/strategy.
  
  

SAP

• Comprehensive background in IT concepts, terminology, relational database functionality, and large systems integration (including SAP legacy applications).
• Demonstrated ability in SAP FI/CO configuration.
• In-depth understanding of SAP's FI module, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets.
• Similar in-depth understanding of SAP's CO module, including experience in activity based costing, product cost controlling, internal orders and profitability analysis configuration.
• Background in SAP FI/CO reporting capabilities, including report painter, report writer and SAP Query.
• Strong interpersonal / customer service skills, with the ability to work collaboratively at all levels within a manufacturing organization.
• Demonstrated team leadership and project management skills.
• Good decision making skills, analysis, decisiveness, innovation, and judgment.
• Excellent English language skills, including the ability to clearly express complex issues through effective verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university. Minimum of five years of information technology or related experience in various technical and analytical positions with increasing responsibility.
