Rohit provides executive leadership and strategic guidance for advancing the business by driving operational excellence and technology innovation. He is responsible for aligning the company’s business development initiatives and delivery of strategic offerings with customer needs and evolving technology solutions.

Rohit’s excellent achievements are built on developing business technology over the past 20 years and leading enterprise-wide information technology, performance reengineering, and transformation programs. He has a versatile background in software engineering, consulting leadership, and general management with extensive experience in leading enterprise-wide information technology, performance reengineering, and transformation programs. Rohit is also an executive with Software AG leading the North America commercial consulting business. He previously served as the Vice President and Head of Professional Services Organization with overall responsibility for its delivery, operations, and growth.

  • Ritesh Bansal, Managing Partner

    Ritesh provides executive leadership of finance, business operations, and growth by focusing on developing the company’s capabilities to meet its clients’ business needs. Ritesh leads strategic alliances and partnerships to grow the company’s portfolio and offerings. Ritesh also oversees the alignment of human talent, compensation, benefits, and charitable programs.

    Ritesh brings nearly 20 years of experience in Information Technology, Finance, Healthcare, and US Federal sector. He has more than 12 years’ experience managing the middleware integration consulting practice using COTS products such as webMethods (Software AG) in the US region by working directly with the onsite delivery teams and the clients. As an expert business analyst, he developed deep industry experience and expertise with a comprehensive suite of COTS-based solutions to drive value for client investments.

  • Danielle Schefer, Senior Executive

    Danielle provides leadership on strategic direction and operations to ensure growth and development are aligned with the mission, vision, and values.

    Danielle has a track record of creating strong, effective teams to achieve clear goals for customers. Danielle led InSysCo, a professional IT services firm supporting the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), on some of its most mission critical systems, for 12 years. She grew the company from $6 Million in revenue to over $90 Million, achieving this growth even as the company transitioned through four acquisitions over a four-year period. She led the negotiated sale of the company and managed and grew the team through acquisitions by GTSI, UNICOM, Acentia, and MAXIMUS Federal. Danielle instilled quality business processes and structures and fostered employee commitment to the mission.

  • Steven H. Fite, Senior Executive

    Steven provides technical and strategic guidance on new business opportunities. He grows existing work and positions the company to provide world class support to customers through incorporation of industry practices.

    Steven is an accomplished technical, tax, and business leader with over 40 years of experience, which includes 35 years leading business and IT organizations at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and 8 years of leading strategic growth and development at InSysCo, an IRS contractor. His diverse career experience includes leadership of large organizations in strategic planning, policy, and operations. As a leader in the IRS Modernization and IT Services (MITS) organization, he led the realignment of the IRS IT business rules and requirements groups to better support the development of major IRS IT projects. He led IT program governance for Small Business/Self Employed (SB/SE) Division, overseeing a portfolio of project investments costing over $100 million. His strategies and efforts led to the growth of InSysCo from $12M to over $90M a year. His thought leadership led to the creation of white papers, prototypes, and projects providing the IRS with solutions and alternatives to meet mission critical objectives for system modernization. Steven architected solutions to IRS challenges mitigating upstream or downstream issues to ensure uninterrupted consistent tax processing.

    Lisa leads business development and growth to capture new and recompete business, optimize business operations, conduct market research and analysis, and lead proposal operations. Lisa manages company marketing, communications, industry outreach, and corporate training.

    Lisa is a business leader who has worked with over 35 companies over the past 15 years, maturing progressive business development, marketing, and communications teams. As the former CEO of Elite Management Solutions, LLC, her experience includes managing company pipelines and leading business development activities while overseeing and delivering training for capture and proposal development. She successfully helped companies capture billions in Federal awards supporting over 1,000 responses for bids supporting the Department of Defense and civilian agencies.

  • Norm Briere, PMP, Senior Executive Consultant

    Norman provides support to expand market position and penetrate new markets resulting in profitable growth for the company consistent with its strategic direction, mission and vision. Norman has more than 30 years of technical and management experience in support of complex Federal civilian, DoD, and commercial programs. He has successfully managed development, integration, and maintenance programs faced with aggressive schedules, limited resources, evolving requirements, and challenges in integrating emerging and legacy technology. Norman has 32 years of experience with Northrop Grumman Corporation, most recently as the leader of the Civil Financial Solutions organization, overseeing all IRS support. Norman also led a team of more than 200 providing support to the Defense Logistics Agency, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Air Force. He led his organization in designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining a broad range of mission applications.
